Hi, im pretty new to pixelolpolis so im not completely sure if this is allowed here...but i'll ask and you can correct me if it isn't allowed.
I started a classic style rpg a bit ago (I noticed people discourage rpgs quite a bit...mainly because yes, it is a lot to draw and yes, it does take programming skills)
Anyway, I started this with some ugly ass characters, so I decided to start from scratch again, and heres what I came up with:

I tried coloring it and adding some hair, and it looked a lot like it belonged in a pokemon game. Sure, pokemon graphics arent bad or anything, but i'd rather not let people think im trying to remake it.
(now I need to know if this part is allowed)
Possible anyone could try and color it for me? Maybe give me some pointers? I've colored before and (not bragging) but I don't think im half bad at it. This just really bothered me.
