Welcome to my face... WIP

How am I doing?  Here's my first attempt at anything decent sized.  My palette is wacked atm, not emy hair isn't even close to that colour... especially shaved short.

looks alright so far, areas need more definition but I trust this hasnt been done since its still wip.
