Room Design

I'm going to start working on a game and I need to know if it looks great. The Japanese word in the back says Good Luck..  ;D

I like your little things like the cat and the doll on the shelf  :y:

Firstly I think u should remove all dithering as it is ugly and pointless.

Secondly you might want to re-asses your colour choices.
The strong red pops out over everything so a cooler colour and less saturated color would make more sense.
Try to avoid using large blocks of plain grey.
Blend in some hues instead to make it more interesting.
The brown void makes no sense so why no just crop or make it black or dark blue?
And then you can make wall and roof lines.
It's weird how u cropped along the door like that part of room is missing.

If it was me I wouldn't be able to resist making use of that light source to make a  light patch on wall and case some shadows.

Thank you for the advice also It can be a stupid question but how do I know when to use warm or cool colors is it if there are more cool like blue and green? I also like what I put on the shelf as well  :lol:
