My team and I are currently seeking a Pixel artist to help out with a small scale Platform game. The game will be based in 8bit and would be following the limitations of the NES. We are looking to bring the retro feel of the NES to the Ouya and other Android devices. We are currently not asking for a portfolio (Perfect for people looking to build a portfolio) but would ask that you be able to animate your art. The engine for the game is already built, so once art is inserted the game would be released fairly quickly. This project will be a profit share, and would lead to other a position that would eventually pay for other games we develop. This game will be about a boy who helps others overcome their emotional problems. During this process he starts to reconsider his current state of mind about his views of the world, allowing him and the player to find the deeper meaning of the game.
