Animation Character

Hello guys, i consider myself "novice" for animation, in my pixel life i've made only 4-5 animations, therefore i will improve my skills about animations (and obviously general technique of pixel art )
I've made this yesterday, how i can improve? i'm a low of ideas

Oooohkay, those flames are nice, now how about animating the character? 
Starting with a classic idle pose, maybe turning her head to look at both flames alternatively.

Good pixeling. The legs look pretty male in both posture and muscular calves though.
