Painta Bunka

on: July 24, 2006, 07:29:29 pm
This one rotted on my harddrive for a month or two. Decided to work on it a bit more... so yeah>>

progress>>

I'm not much of an iso guy but I made this with isocity in mind(buit i think I'll do a new one for that). Turned out to be too messy for my own taste but I think I will rather redo it completely then tweak it. So it's more of a "hey guys I'm still alive"  thing but C+C are very welcome of course.

The texture on the dark side confuses me. Is it supposed to look so much different? The lighter side looks kind of like stone or metal (or something flat, anyway), while the shaded side seems rough and bumpy. The shadow seems a bit dark, too, judging from the shade of the over-hangy part at the top (on the shaded side). I do like, though, and that palette is most certainly sexually arousing.

I envy all these people who know how to choose colors.  This is very well done but I have to agree with Trem, the texture on either side is different from the other.
