Looking to hire a pixel artist!

Hey everyone and thanks for checking out my post! Im making this post because i am in desperate need of a pixel artist, as in i need someone to create all the sprites for my game, all the other positions are filled and im only really missing an spriter.

    Now I dont have the money for an artist at the moment which is why im doing a Kickstarter, but i was hoping that you could give me an estimate of how much you would charge for a project like this, It is a large game and if interested i could tell you a lot more information about the game to help you determine reasonable pricing.

    I do require that you have a skype and drop box account, i use skype for my main form of communication, its just easy, and the drop box is also a quick and easy way to share files and the rest of the team and I are already hooked up together threw those.

    I want to sell the game for $1 a piece for the computer, iphone, and android markets. So if im not able to make enough money to pay you off with the Kickstarter maybe we can make a contract for a percentage of what I make off the game.

Here are some examples of the artwork already in the game, I want to have graphics similar or better than these.

Also here is a REALLY EARLY demo of the game, trust me we have gotten much further and the game is much more polished, but this should still help you get a general idea.

I was hoping to get someone for as cheap as possible so anyone looking for a first time art job I am the guy your looking for, before i posted i read the rules so i am looking at the 15$ an hour range but i can see about paying more please email or message me!

how big is the proyect? it's hard to understand how many art is required with what you have mentioned, another thing, the link doesn't work.
