It's fanart of a 12 year old girl from an anime last season called kabaneri of the iron fortress, she's in general naive about everything, because she's 12 years old.

Great stuff everyone! Wolf, are you gonna color it and add effects as if its from the real anime?

@A2J2TIWARI: The character is very carefree in the anime, often smiling and seeming oblivious to the danger she is in, of course she does have supernatural strength and agility and you get the impression that she is "playing" with the kabane since they are too slow and stupid to keep up with her.
