The screenshare thing made me remember I had a personal creative challenge to draw 100 characters, focusing on people I've seen or know personally. Drawing them in a very functional art style just to get an idea down.

Pocketknife enthusiast was inspired by a very unsettling moment where I was overhearing a conversation about pocketknives and murder.
Culture-preserving warrior was inspired from a martial arts demonstration with a monk spade.
Cunning linguist was from imagination working off of a pun

Oh noes the screen sharing is over  :'(. That was a ton of fun though! I worked on a whole lot of old things so I'm not going to bother posting them here

I didn't really get an opportunity to get involved there.. it started a bit before midnight, then I had to go to bed. I did doodle this:

while I was testing the whole screen sharing thing, though.

Notes:
* Browser window and window to be shared must be on same desktop/virtual desktop. Probably on same monitor too (I only have one so I can't test that.)
* Minimizing the window you are sharing causes the screen-sharing to lose track of the fact that it is sharing that window (so when you restore it, it doesn't continue sharing)
If you insist on being pessimistic about your own abilities, consider also being pessimistic about the accuracy of that pessimistic judgement.

Still trying to find that character. Too much ADD randomness, not helping me.

ymedron, yeah I meant AI, sorry for the confusion  :-[

forgot to upload the sketch from yesterday :O
wanted to draw arms, but looked at the upper arm joint-directions and general proportions. Should help with drawing, since the last stuff was off in some spots.

Hmm, I'll pop in to say the google hangout yesterday was fun. I suppose I don't really post things here, but it was fun to work and talk with everyone live.
I make actual NES games. Thus, I'm the unofficial forum dealer of too much information about the NES

Just a small thing of/for a friend that I did today. I like to draw something every day so it's cool to see everyone's inspiring work here.
