Late 2003 and it's not really even pixel art

It's supposed to be some sort of turret thing... I think. Atleast I've made some progress. :)

Back when I was a Mugen-enthusiast, I did some Dragon Ball Z edits over KOF characters, but I can't quite remember what was the base.

There are some older ones, like a character I created and Spike Spiegel, but they are long time lost.

never did get around to fixing it. oldest i have, i think there is an apple i did before this, but my laptop got thirsty so my wife gave it a glass of coke. as it turns out it wasn't so thirsty.
