[WIP] Newbie - Iso Dungeon Tiles

on: December 23, 2013, 09:14:41 am
I'm new to pixel art and have been working on an isometric dungeon tileset for about a week.  I'm using Dawnbringer's 16 colour palette.  I'm trying to get the balance of lights/darks right and get a few tiles I'm happy with before completing the whole set.

The character is not mine, it's from a random gif I found.

Comments/critiques are appreciated.

Thanks,
Ryan

Teach a man to fish and he feeds himself.  Don't teach a man to fish and feed yourself.  He's a grown man.  Fishing's not that hard. - Ron Swanson

Where is the light source? I can`t define it. Like it`s beyond the room. So I think you should add some torches and change the lights\shades completely according the torches.
