Need Help with Run Cycle

Hello.
I'm using this for a game that i probably wont end up finishing  :-[
This run cycle is horrible and i don't know how to fix it. Please critique.  :)

Hm, ok your animation would look like this:

Try to get software for creating a gif anim and use both legs, that should effectively double the quality of your walking animation.

and do not hesitate to exagerate the move the same way you exagerated the shapes. Noone ever stated that an object may not move by more than 1 px in a frame. the "jerkiness" of animations usually come from insufficient frame rate, not from excessive offset between two frames.

No time to edit animation sorry but the head is too big.
Big heads are cute but that thing is just over the top by a few pixels at least.
And reducing it down will free up some pixels to add some hair.
