skate scene [WIP] (help me :D)

Iam making recreating this picture of myn but in pixels any who iam doing a heelflip (skateboard trick board rotates) above 4 sets (staircases) now Iam finnishing the character (me) and the skateboard first before I head onto the scene now I really need to pop out the character I think what Iv got right so far Is the tank top the vans shoes the skateboard and slightly the head , iam struggling with the pants shading any help is greatly appreciated thanks <3

ooh extra colors havent thought of that looks nice btw <3

Ok so Iv increased the amount of colors abit hope this shows a bit of a change   any thoughts?

Ok so i tried adding a background but i failed epicly here are two trys well not trys more like stages
 PLEAS PLEAS PLEAS help me with this I really want it done feel free to do any kind of edits

Dont overly detail the ground, just hint at texture.
