@Decroded one thing though, if everything has a shadow like that, shouldn't the characters have shadows too ? I added the shadows on everything, thanks a lot for helping :)

@PixelPiledriver, thanks a lot! I used your ideas and designed different characters plus I even edited the main character :) Hope you like it

This is really exellent! Is not easy to create such a beautiful scene+sprites with this kind of limited palette

I changed the color palette slightly (removed some colors that aren't supposed to be there but Idk how they got there - such as 15 transparent colors etc)
here is the edited color palette (I wasted a color on grey bg for PJ, since for some reason transparent color kept making plenty of different colors
I also rearranged the colors

This is the final version I posted on PJ :)
