Had some more spare time on my hands and came up with this... C+C is most appreciated. Thank you.

It seems rather uninteresting. It's not bad atl all, but it's just a worm-looking thing. I might suggest an environment or action or another character to spice things up. Maybe some dialogue. The top of his head and tail look as though they flatten out and their peaks. Oh, and the dithering comes off oddly. You just jump right to 75%.

Try playing around with the hues a bit. You never know what will strike the eye.
