Linocut with some ink (guess that would make it mixed media, kinda ;D) (3rd print-personal favorite)

Same cut (this actually was my first print- second favorite)

I'll post my other stuff later once I find a camera.

EDIT: oh and the theme for my recent prints are my favorite childhood movies. If you can guess the inspiration behind this one, you are officially awesome.

Not really found of the ink print and those white clouds (?) screws up readability a bit. Is it harry potter ? Reminds me of the scene when Harry catches the small golden ball   ???

Here is my last cut and print :

PS : Renamed the topic, it's now "Printmaking and related techniques"

Yeah I'm kind of a newb with linocuts (and printmaking for that matter). Its actually a scene from the ond-ish movie The Thief and The Cobbler, when the Thief guy attempts to steal the golden balls on top of a building.

Next up in my series is a Blue Meanie from The Beatles: Yellow Submarine. Its an etching-Intaglio

EDIT: And nice print btw. Pretty creative.

Mind if you tell me how you did that first screenprint? Cause its pretty precise, and I am wondering how that could be done XD

Yes, registration can be tricky. I've had less successful results. The more colors you're printing the more chances you have of printing off-center, so stick to as few as possible.

The method I used was either this (using acetate) or pin registration (using a hole punch).
