Hand Drawn RPG-style game ?

do you know some games where you move your character and the background is handdrawn like this one ?

From a top down view or 3/4 top down view and without tiles ?

Like a point and click but you control the char with arrows

There are actually plenty of games like that. I think Legend of Mana is one of the more well-known games to do it, of course being of the franchise that brought us SD3 and such. Then there are some others, such as the Rune Factory series of Harvest moon games which utilize 3D models over hand-drawn backgrounds.

EDIT : omg legend of mana o_0  it also shows that having 8 directions sprites is really better with this kind of graphics
