The head is gigantic, that sticks out most to me. The arm on our left looks disjointed as well, make sure you have solid anatomical structure before focussing too much on the clothing. I'll wait for an update before any more in-depth critique.

Thanks all, sometimes I am blind when the topic is my own work.

And white eyes is my style.
r1k. I had fixed the head problem already, but I forgot to post here. Thanks for your time, and yeah, gonna reduce the hand size a little too.

xndsuicndisdpcducduc when will you attempt a traditional pixel art piece?  At a normal size, or at least start trying to do refined pieces that demonstrate more of the "essence" of pixel art.

The background is just pointless other than for setting a color mood, the narrative of the picture is undeveloped completely, the splotches of color are distracting.

You really need to tighten your work and start working towards pieces that demonstrate tight, attractive pixels.

TPK's piece here http://www.pixeljoint.com/pixelart/72217.htm# is of similar style to you, but demonstrates the control and development that you lack and should push towards.
