the boxers pose is alittle boring, maby make it alittle more dynamic. maby bend his head/drop chin into chest, bring gloves up closer to face, put on tips of toes

the shorts and leg look unfinished, so i wont comment on them, but the glove covering his chest looks a bit flat and has less yellow than the other glove does which makes the shadeing not match. I think it's looking good though.
Perhaps maybe add one more color like a red which blends nicely with the other colors so you can use it on the gear to make them seperate a bit from the skin.

yah, i was thinking about that too, i like his right glove a lot, but i'm having trouble getting the left too look the same.. i'll get it though

i tried putting a red in there, but it wasn't working out, i'll try again though, because it is a smart move, thanks

Nicely done, the only thing I see wrong is his right calf looks a little too fat in the back.
