Shouldn't this go in the "General Discussion" subforum?  And as for the tutorial itself... meh, I'll translate it at a later time.  I'm both not a fan of tutorials for pixel art and too lazy to spend a minute to translate it :P

Wow, those tutorials are still up! They've been around since at least 2002! Ah, the RPG Maker 2000/2003 days. I used to think the pixel in those tuts was so amazing. Thanks for sharing. No need to repost--it'll be moved soon enough.

Im reading it i want to try a few of the methods it just a tiny bit hard to read but i will post my results
