There are some anatomical problems in the face, but I won't pretend I know enough to fix them, so I'll leave that to the next, more advanced C+C'er. One that I can point out, however, is that there are 3 or 4 colors in the face that are almost exactly the same shade, and therefore don't provide contrast or real shading. I'd definitely play with with them; you'll notice when you spread out the values more that the lighter clusters don't correctly define the parts of her face.
