This is my first lineart with pixels, other than some small things created while completing a tutorial. C+C please! Suggestions on coloring?

ground on the bottom with a guy standing on it?

I was planning on the floating thing being the moon, actually. You guessed right on the rest of it.

No, but seriously, if I were you I'd stick with tutorials for now. There are some kickass ones listed in General Discussion.
They sure have helped me to improve a lot, I only got into pixelart in 2004.
