Looking good, you might want to make the antennae more readable, along with that forearm.
Is the Dragonite standing on a slope?

Not quite a "slope" but kinda.
The battle screen has a perspective slightly angled from the top.

Will see what I can do about readability.

It doesn't look like a Dragonite probably because of your color choice and shinyness
I made a edit (but tried to keep the style same)

And the pose seems really off, it's not facing the opponent, doesn't seem to fit the game well.
I also edited the pose on the mockup (kind of sloppy edit xD)

So it's a shiny, I guess.

I think it's really cool the way it is, and the colours are reminiscient of the old Game Boy palette.

Though it is bit more gray, I really don't see the point in changing it. As far as I can see, it's a cool reinterpretation. And its "Dragonityness" shines through clearly enough with the shape alone.

As for the how it's facing, I think it's close enough to how the sprites in the games normally look. The creators don't really make a point of them having all the right poses, anyway:

Good job, nine underline six!

Well alright, it's not done then.
People over at PJ were bitching about the colors.
Don't they see how brilliant my subtle variations that break the monochro- what was that, it looks bad and adds nothing to the picture?
Damnit.

As for perspective, that is a valid point.
My feel for perspective is all whack it seems.

Loving the colors on the latest version, but I don't understand the shadow on the right arm(our view) and it seems like the left arm(our view) is smaller than the right one
also now the head bothers me it looks kind of misplaced
did some cleaning and edited the errors I mentioned also edited wing..

sorry if I'm bothering you too much about these things..  :(

Alright, that head over there helps with the triangle composition of fatness even though it covers the chest. I suppose it can go into that direction a bit more.
Making it thinner is not gonna happen. I'd make it even fatter if it wasn't ball-shaped already.
Now that you mention the wing, there is something wrong about it. It is too big.

The right hand is supposed to be /-angled, that's why there's that shadow. I guess.
But it probably is a bit very dark there.

Do want that left arm.
Do not want a size above 64x64 and dithering.
Do not know if I want the right arm turned forward like that. it's leaning forward so I thought having that arm angled backwards would fit better?
