Yeah I don't know what went wrong with the shading there.
Must've been those tufts of fur there that kinda warped the shading in my head or something.
Update:

Not wanting crazy muscles btw. Toned the definition down a bit already (because there's fur on top of all that anyway) because it's not quite male.
I blame the breasts. They don't read as such and I'm not sure how to fix that.
Might be the hunched over pose, an anatomy fail on my part or a shading failure or a combination of all 3.
Also the hand doesn't read quite well either which I'm not sure how to fix but the forearm is supposed to be elongated.
That's a werewolf thing so they can walk on all fours without looking silly I suppose. At least the werewolf walkcycle of diablo 2 suggests that.
