 That's really pwnage. It looks like the folds' highlights are bright. That making this more metallic or more solid. I wouldn't use those tones.

It's very good as a pixel art piece, but would probably not work in a game, due to the AAing around it. But I'm not sure if you created it for that purpose...aside from that, I only think he is a bit unproportional: head is too big and the legs are too small when compared to the rest of the body...

Did you use st0ven's head (the one from the tutorial) ? Because it looks like you did and that would explain the lack of proportion :)

Thanks for the crits guys. No, this isn't for a game, and I intentionaly threw proportion out the window for this one. Did I use St0vens head? Not at all, I made it from scratch. However, I may be influenced by st0ven, beacuse I stuided his pieces avidly.
