[Lazy Brain Games]

I'm a little rusty at figure drawing, this is my first attempt at a portrait for a character. There's a few proportion issues, I'm not sure if this is salvageable or if I'd be better off starting again from scratch Any pointers?

The design is based on the little blue guy in the pic here:

Why should a person stand with their arms put that way? xD it's too strange!

As for the palette, it works on the small sprite, but on a larger scale, like yours, it's too much for the eyes to bear 

I somewhat like it though, you did a good job with that crappy palette xD
