There's room for improvement in your leaves, but they already do a good job. I'd just recommend that you ensure they cast shadow on the trunk: that will make them better connected and less flat for a small increment.

As for the walk animation, It's a bit surprising that such a slim-and-high lad
1) keeps his spine so straight and vertical while walking.
2) is doing such small steps
3) has such small legs. -- yeah, by animating, you now show us where knees and bums are, and they are both off-proportionated compared to the torso and head size, imho.
