i think its throwing its head back in a scream/laugh type deal, and the arms simply no existe

Yeah, I understand it's difficult to critique since it is so random.  I actually took a look back at it after it was "finished" and I enjoyed the design.  So I decided to make it a bit more tangible;

Beyond being stylized I'm not sure what you mean.  Could you elaborate?

I like the shading on the hair and cape a lot.  the pose is a little extreme in that you have a nice basic curve through the legs, but then the line for the body is very straight, and at a sharp angle to the line of the legs.  putting a little more arch or s-curve into the torso might unify it some!
