Um, might benefit from a [Lots of skin] tag? Also I see what you're truing to do with the palette but it's also good to have a palette showing ONLY the colors that are used in the pic, so it is easier to see how big it is. The blond girls' stomach looks a little weird, poping out in the middle and only a little round on the sides. The highlights on the belt need to blend in more with the rest of the shading. Still, quite an impressive jb, not many people on Pixelation can draw humans like you/girl friend.
Pixel Art, what (mostly) all of us are here for.

Eh? What's up with the first girl's left arm? So far I'm seeing lots of anatomy and lighting issues. The palette also looks a bit strange...

Way too many colors for what I'm seeing here. Could be reduced to 10 or less. Many of the colors aren't doing much of anything. Applies to both images.

Why the dark outlines on some parts of the body and not others? Applies to both images.

Looks very flat, no real depth from shading except a small hint of a light source from a few shining patches here and there. Light source seems to be coming from above on the skin but the highlights on the boots and helmet indicate other strong light sources.

Heads a bit small.

Feet are on different planes for some reason, they should be on the same level.

I think her torso might be a little long, seems like it would be more foreshortened from that posture.

Here palms are higher then her knee, which means she's holding onto thin air, they need to be lowered so she looks like she's touching the ground.

Various anatomy issues, especially with the legs, uneven thickness in the legs on both girls.

Girl on the right is balancing on both knees which seems very awkward.

Abs look a little odd, reference here might help.

The hands to the far left and right look a bit more like rakes, reference would help here.

The left girls left lower leg ( her left not yours ) is really long, should be a lot more foreshortening from that angle.
