Hey everyone this is one of my first ever projects I did use a base for them but I am trying to get better if you can please give me some pointers thanxs alot to you all...

Hello. I would suggest taking more time with these, and cleaning them up, theres alot of jagged lines in there. Check out some tutorials: http://www.wayofthepixel.net/pixelation/index.php?topic=222.0, to give you some direction on techniques.  :)
