RPG Character Template [WIP]

So today I was really bored and decided to try making a RPG character template
Here it is:

It's just the front view of a character, naked and bald haha
Critique is very appreciated!

If its a dude, flatten out the hips and get rid of the breasts. If its a chick, shrink the shoulders and give it more of a neck. If its a tyranny, keep it as is, or follow both steps, or something.

Hmh thanks, I removed them tits  
But I don't know how I should flatten the hips; I tried it out but it fucked everything up
EDIT:
I got bored again so I made a pirate with and without bandana


and as you suggested no tits:

It looks half sitting posture because of the highlighted bold thigh.
