His chest is as wide as his arms are long. When you touch your shoulder with your other arm, is your arm stretched? The arms should be a lot longer. Try looking up the following book (can be acquired freely all over the internet, both legal and illegal).

Heroic Proportions

Arm length is about 4 heads from shoulder to knuckles there, you have arms with a length of 2.2 heads. The forearm should be about the same length as the distance from the belly button to the chin.

Muscle fun! Are those horns and is he some kind of mythological creature? Barbie-Ken's bad ass warrior uncle? In that case "non-human" anatomy might be the way to go, but I'd suggest skewing ever so slightly towards more realistic muscles, etc.
