faces / status display

Hi, I need some faces for the main characters in a video game. (for these usual message boxes) I tried to start with the evil character "Baron Von Hagen" who should show an evil smile. He smiles somehow but it does not look very evil, doesn't it? (references are from Chaos Engine)

remember that the expression isnt just in the mouth though, its in the whole face.  A few pixels for some evil eyebrows can make a big difference

I was busy for a long time, but I have to finish the faces now. Here's another try. (still WIP)

Is there any way you could use variations of the skin colour or even have a couple of variation of head/face? It's just that they all look related :)
