Edited the hair, and added some more details to the face, mainly the ear.

I suggest tweaking the area around the mouth -- you've defined the muscles around the upper lip (and the lips themselves) too much, leading to a forced kind of expression from the mouth. Maybe drop that line on the right corner of the mouth (our right) seeing as it only gives her the 'chubby cheeks' look, and work on that small area of lights on the left side of the mouth. The bottom lip's value and hue is very close to the skin tone surrounding it, leading to them blending into one another. Maybe either put a lighter skin tone around the lips or work on the lips' color.
For a more natural smile, cover up the bottom layer of teeth with lip.
Other than that, this piece looks promising.
