Been trying to make them two toed, but it's very VERY hard with the angle of the whole thing to make it look mechanical... >.<

All I can say is good luck with it. :)

Try watching the animated movie "Steam boy" for more inspiration, trust me you'll love it.

Hmm, where to begin.

Let's go from top to bottom

Anatomy/Basics.
Horns- They look out of shape, almost like they are more of a cloud rather then solid horns, try to make them more slender and look like solid curved bones.
Head- The angle looks word with the rest of his body, like he's standing with the front to us, but the head at a 90% degree, which, trust me, looks weird and hurts like hell. :P might be an idea to fix with turning the torso more towards the side.
Left arm - Too short, need the elbow to be more visible.
Right arm - He has no elbow on it.
Chest - As said before, turn it to the side more or turn the head more towards us.
Left leg - It looks werid with the anchor depth there , an idea is to make the kneecap more higher due to double kneecapped legs.
Right leg: Looks okay, just the hoof look odd with how the feet/Leg angle is.

Let's begin there. :)

I'm just here to say.
You have a wonderful tile system already for doing all of those.

So encouraging words from me. :)

Can't wait till I see more from here, as this really looks like a great start already.

Wow guys, thanks for all that helpful crit. I don't know what I'd do without you

My thread's been up for over 3 weeks and I only got one reply. :P
Don't expect miracle responses within seconds here, some take time, and some people even give edits and ideas to you if you let them have their time.

Making sprites/pixels NEVER take little time to do, so have patience.

Somehow, he still looks like he's rather flat.
Add shadow under him to help "elevate" him?

Might be using some hard to read format? Try out PNG.

Also, I noticed that you cannot control bones anymore. =/
Been trying to "use commands" on bones but nothing happens, can't even rotate them like in the video.

Ps. Edit mode duuuh.><

Another issue, even with the X Axis Mirror, it doesn't work at all when I try to use your Shoulder parent to neck, however, when I created a new bone and moved it to the place of the shoulder, it didn't get mirrored and only gets viewed as such.

Any ideas why?
Or something got left out? =/

Going to put this on ice, been browsing other pages and search engines, but got no answer from it unless I need to make use of the shift E Extrude Mirror, but that means redoing the whole bone structure again. >.<

I would gladly show you with the .blend file but got no storage online to use. Anyone have any ideas which is a good site for that?

I got to this point
http://a.imageshack.us/img189/4783/help1ri.png
But then I saw you on the next skip after your video editing, and noticed you had double sided Bones, and no clue how to do that, and while keeping the bone vertics mirrored with the mirrored object. =/

After digging about, I got my answer, Shift F1 Open File, Load object.

Thanks anyway :)

Just a question.
I've made all 3, body, head and hand, in different saves.
How do you make them all in the same space if you have done like this?

It may be her hair that looks like an old aunt's hairstyle.

And why oh why do I think of Kramer from Seinfeld(Spelled wrong.) when I look at your second char. XD
