Pitfall 95

I didn't pull off the cheekbones as nicely as I would have liked, but I think this is clearly a girl now.  Edited, eyes, eyelashes, lips, cheek bones. 

EDIT- looking again, I did a very bad job with the cheeck bones.  But my point stands...

Fixed it a little.

For this piece you seem to be using straight ramps, which will make detailed texture on the clothes hard to do.  I'd suggest adding a couple of variant colors, like a sort of fade for the jeans and some saturated colors in the jacket.  I know Helm just tends to dither in various colors on his larger pieces, and it looks nice.  You should try it

And you are correct about the AA, I'll consider removing that part, or adding onto it to make it clearer.
As far as skill goes, I think I'm good enough to help people learn, and that's what matters
