I don't think those are drape-y enough to be reference for a ring wraith.

This one is super huge but I think best shows the front: click.

Whether or not the finished looks physically correct, I still like it.... the styles, colors, etc. But if you feel like improving it after the fact, I think more up and down folds would be the way to go. I don't have a way to show you an edit right now... but hopefully you can tell what I mean by the references provided. Great job, though. :)

I had an older brother. He didn't pull my hair but he did make me do his schoolwork. We still left the house a lot. My mom wasn't always the most attentive teacher. At least once a week, we'd strap our fishing gear to our bikes and ride past the public school playground during recess, mostly because it was the easiest way to get to the pond, but also just to show them how much fun they were missing.

I was home schooled during fifth grade.  :'( But in fourth grade a boy gave me a friendship bracelet and we went to a pizza party together. Then he dumped me for my friend, then dumped her too, so I threw a stinging caterpillar at him. Ah, the good ol days.

You should start from scratch and try to imitate the style, not just copy it verbatim. Maybe make a different pose and facial expression.

In other news... I had to get a new computer and it has an LCD monitor, which is nice for some stuff, but definitely not for pixel art. Even the nicest pieces look like crap right now. Maybe I just have to adjust some stuff... but I'm not impressed so far.

That was one of my New Year's resolutions a couple years back. I only ended up learning a little bit of Spanish and a smidge of Vietnamese. I've always been interested in other languages, but the only one they taught at my school was Latin which hasn't really been too useful over the years. ;)

I still want to learn:
- Spanish
- French (regular and Cajun)
- German
- Vietnamese
- Hindi

I got a new sketchbook for Christmas so I decided to test it out... I haven't drawn anything by hand in a while so it's a bit rusty.



Just a random chick... Now onto some actual studies! My bro-in-law got me an anatomy book and new pencils too. Yay!

I spent New Year's Eve at my b-i-l's, out in the country... we had a bon fire, shot fireworks, ran around in circles with sparklers. :D

It beat sitting at home listening to Mylie Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers on the countdown. ;) I have to listen to enough of that crap as it is.
