Welcome. Just glad I had some of this stuff laying about and it's supposed to be out there being shared and inspiring folks. Sorry for there being a couple of classification errors.  My excuse probably being that I only got a short session each time in that internet cafe so was often rushing about.  Also I was downloading arcade rom files and having to split them into small pieces to fit on the floppy disks too.  Used to go in there with about 40 disks or so each time.  To think these days I could take just one small lil USB stick able to hold many gigabytes instead of 40 floppy disks each only able to hold 1.44MB.  Technology sure does move on quick.   

aw, I always preferred Mode 0 cos I like colours and chunkiness so that's why I have two game projects being developed with that in mind.

more related to Game creation than pixel art, the level editor in GameMaker is pretty terrible. it doesnt have basic tools like the marquee tool to let you say move a section of the level right one tile. youd have to move or remake the entire section, one tile to the right. and thats just the objects, then youd also have to move or replace all the gfx tiles, one tile to the right, individually. theres one or two user projects started to try and make a standalone GM studio level editor but theyre all woefully unfinished as far as ive seen

Filled it in.  And no I haven't nor want to buy pixel art merchandise.  I prefer my pixels when they are actual pixels.  On a screen.  Also I not really into trendy/nerdy clothing.
