I need some input on this design and its readability. Its the main character, for a short horror/dark game which takes place in a forest and She carries a lamb on her back.

Im working on a bush. But it looks more like a giant stone or somthing :( and i am not sure how to continue
I dont get this fluffy air-y feeling you get of bushes. Any tips?

Pixel Art / Help with rounded corner doorway

I started to skechts on a house, and i wanted a rounded doorway. Then i realized that i dont knnow how to make that.
I just uploaded a picture of the doorway.
I want it to be 3 pixels wide, but i have a problem to keep the round form when it starts to bend  ???
I would love if somone uploaded a reference or redraw it

Im totally new at pixelart. So i need some help
I wanted to make a house wich would fit in a RPG game. Its suposed to look like the seccond floor is pushed forward over the first floor and the door. ( i would wawnt tips about the color and such also)
Any tips?

Just a simple question from a noob

What should you think about when you make a portfilio?

Im mostly interested in game genre.
This may be a very open question but i want help with everything.
So how did you do it? what could you do better? What is the best part of it?
