Bit much anti aliasing and noise IMHO, try to clean up your clusters (aka less single pixels) :)

I don't have much to say, I'll let Chris and Ambivorous reformulate themselves; I just wanted to drop in to say I'm pleased to see your skills are imploving slowly but surely. Good job, keep it up  :y:

it helps describe what material you're making, or the light in the space which it is in.
^ I completely agree with this, I forgot to mention it, the hue will have to change for the object to better fit in the environment.

I'm not really convinced by your third wall though, it looks way too noisy for pixel art imho (plus it has 230 different colors).
EDIT: I just looked up NPA and discovered it means not pixel art, so forget what I just wrote :D

Not totally sure what you mean, but I tried building a "whiteish" palette and two other palettes in which the neutral shade is pure gray.

I put the palettes next to each wall, to show you better: for white-based palettes, I never actually use white, but I use cream or desaturated blueish colors. For gray-based palettes, you can go berzerk and choose whatever hue you want it to shift to: here I created a greenish one and a purplish one.

Is this what you asked for ? ^^

Right now your colors ramp is very linear : for the brown wall for example, you progressively darken the shade of your main color.
It doesn't look bad, but you can make it more interesting to the eye by using hue-shifting (look up some tutorials, hue-shifting is basically when you change the hue (color value) of your main color towards another color).

I shifted the darker shades of your first wall towards purple, and those of your third wall towards green, so it looks less monochromatic.

(Sorry about the crappy explanation, tell me if you didn't understand anything I wrote haha)

Nope.
You should upload your picture on an image hosting service, such as Imgur or Trello.
Then get the direct link to the image (should end with /something.png), and put it between [ img ] tags, like this:

Since the "sticking to him" of the cape was meh, I simply removed it, is it better this way ?

Tried doing what you said. How does it look?
I also have a question: during recoil, does his cape stick to his body, or is it propelled as far as possible behind the guy?
