You've made great progress since the previous one. I like this.
Maybe you should keep an eye on the dirt, not to make it too noisy or contrasty but good work ; keep it up.

Looks almost like an animated mockup to me. You did a great job for a first animation.
The characters are very readable in spite of their size, the animation is smooth and I like the motion blur effet you did on the sabers.

The only letdown is the scenery which looks a bit bland (esp. the floor).
I think you should anti-aliase the lines on the floor (and add some variety. Those random techy lines arent enough to please an eye) and add some kind of border or transition between the floor and the walls.

Keep it up and Happy New Year too.

That may a bit different from what you're looking for, but  http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=110809 (scoll down) could be a good read for you.

It this your first piece ??
Congratulations. We'd probably love to hear about your artistic background :P

About the piece itself, I think the white outline is jaggy, it deserves antialiasing or a trip to the recycle bin.
The main problem I think is that the character seems to be sitting on an invisible chair and that he's going to collapse in a moment.
Also, light blue colors inside the pants dont make much sense to me, I think it should be dark all the way and that legs should partly be in the shadow cast by the pants.
Face probably needs work too but I'm not too good on that so I'll just pass.

Otherwise, good work, especially if it's your first (hardly believable actually :P ).

Oh and welcome to Pixelation.

Looks quite good to me, I only have two minor crits :
First,  the white borders around round buttons look jagged, you should look into that.
Second, I think the overall feel would be better if you didnt open wide the parchments all accross the boards but kept a fair margin (about 6-10 px on each side).

Yeepee, time to ruin someone's ego give constructive comments about a music  ;D
First of all, I'd say you're on a good way and I think that the flaws I hear in this song are the type of flaws that will simply vanish away with practice.
Next good thing is that you captured quite well the Uematsu feel and it pops very quickly as an influence of yours so you can consider this a success.
Now about the flaws : the first problem I hear is the samples' quality which is pretty low. Your brass sound is especially cheap and only the Hammond Organ wasnt too amateur.
About the instrumentation, I'd say that there's one missing layer or something like this. There's nothing between the bass+drum duo and the lead tracks. The overall thing sounds a bit "empty" because of this. The bass-brass duo bit especially suffers from this lack.
Regarding the composition, I think that percussions are your weak point because they sound a bit messy, esp. in the beginning (it gets better at 0'50 though).
On the other hand, the tune is easy to remember so that's a good point for you =)

EDIT : While we're at it...a WIP of mine. CC is very welcome  :P

Everyone knows that ferrets are smarter though. ( http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3176/2544681113_3038a02335.jpg?v=0 ).
I agree it's very hard to create a bond between Helm and the cat avvy. These two just dont match. Maybe a grim-metal-goat would have done better  :P

My incomplete knowledge of english prevents me from finding words nice enough to thank you Fool.
Your edit was absolutely wonderful and it was of a great help in reshaping the body. Thanks a lot  for your efforts :D

Here's the current state of things, I also completely reshaped the head after watching some wild life photos =)
