Here is an overview of my work as a pixel artist, beginning with my time on the Terraria forums with work ranging from embarassing to what I think is pretty good all things considered.

A small collection of the works from that period (2014-2016) I'm most proud of.
And here are some animations from the same time:

And here is some of my more recent work:

I am currently unavailable.

My Discord is Thanex#0058, you can also e-mail me at raoul.titulaer@gmail.com.

P.S. If anyone wants to see the cringefest that is the collection of all my old work, hit me up.

I think you could do better if you didn't outline on the inside of the sprite.

There's also a beyblade game for the gba with tiles like that that might help you.

As well as what has been said already, there's quite a lot of banding in your piece, you may want to remove that.

Well, it seems that your drawing is a representation of an albeit imaginary, 3D-scene. That's why your spheres in that scene should be as far apart as they are tall and you need to translate that in your drawing.

With the spheres being too close together, I especially meant the small ones in the front. Spheres are volume of equal width, so they are as wide as they are tall so (unless of course these aren't really spheres and they intersect or come together) they should be as far apart as they are tall.

This is more a kind of tall grass than a bush.

You may want to desaturate the shadows on the skull a bit more, and for bone colour I usually go for shades of yellow ;)

The character moves way too little to warrant such a huge movement in the cape.
