I think they all look pretty dope, but the Japaneese crest really seems out of place compared to the rest. Not sure if that is intentional since it is the only non-western country, but you may want to look into that (An outline or a more defined shape might fix that.)

Also, I think the USA one looks better without punctuation marks, but you'll have to decide on that yourself:

I keep editing this comment, haha.
Another thing I noticed that you could do is write the French thing in French, since the French do not usually resort to English. I'm not sure what the middle word is, but it would become Fédération B<not sure> Française. (Does it say Beatball?)

Okay so, ignoring the colours for now, the first thing that pops up is the fact that the shadows are not exactly round. If these are spheres, the shadows should rond off, always (I think always, but just stick with always for now). The best one in my opinion is the purple one with the light coming from the top-right, but the reflected lighting on the bottom is too bright and it shouldn't contrast that harshly with the darkest area.

Try looking at references of shaded spheres.

Also, what is it exactly that you are trying to learn from doing this, the goal is not really clear. Try looking at works from other artists you admire and try to recognise the techniques they use.

Hey, you're right, it actually does look like a girl now at first glance.

As for the rest, the red guy's looks kind of weird, like the mouth is really close to his eyes, also you might want to look at the (our) right leg of the girl, the way it seems to get a lot thinner suddenly is pretty weird, and there are some gnarly jaggies in there.

Yaomon, thank you very much for the amazing gift, love the packaging too.

@32 I promise to finish it before the turn of the year, and I hope you like the gist of it already.

Try uploading images at 100% resolution, where one pixel in the image equals on image on the screen, the forum has a built-in enlarging tool and it is difficult to say anything about this at this size.

The / and progress bar look a bit weird.

I'd like to refer you to the forum rules.
If you post in the critique section it is but common courtesy to take other people's advice to your 'paper'.
In fact, you'll learn more by editing old works rather than just skipping to a new one. Also, try uploading your pictures at 100% resolution, where every pixel is displayed as just a single pixel, because the forum has built-in enlarging.

Apart from that, I'd reduce the dithering if I were you, it seems rather pointless at this scale and you could try simplifying the picture, or go the other way and increase the resolution and get in more juicy details if you want it to be this big.

It looks more like some kind of wand to me, try suggesting sharp edges on the blade with high contrast highlighted edges.

I actually think you should simplify it a bit, it feels a bit spazzy for an idle animation now with all the changes (especially the twitchy legs)
