Angus has been an absolute delight to work with over the last couple of years. He is a remarkably talented animator capable of adapting swiftly to any style and applying believable motion to any bizarre anatomical designs one might throw his way. We initially brought him on in a supporting role to my own animation, but his timely production, efficiency, and capacity for unique characterization quickly made him irreplaceable. 
Angus was always reasonable about reworking anything that we didn't feel was quite right, but 99% of the time he was like a wizard, manifesting the ideas in my head more accurately than I described them. Receiving his turn-ins has been a weekly highlight of development on our project, and I can't wait to work with him again.
