I love the characters you have there. To me only issue in some of these tiles seems to be the light source, it's coming from diffrent angle.
Oh and maybe we (people of pixelation) can help you making these 
just give us a list and maybe we can do some characters too. (is it a good or a bad idea  )

 Sad Yeah and the guy missed his own head. Well he did hit it, but it wasn't lethal.

Bummer.

Actually it was lethal... They both shoot near brains and didn't die so quick but it was lethal in both cases. (very sad case btw.)

Cute bear but the car lines are just a piece of copy. I searched the car from google and find this:
i think you need to add  more shadows to bear and make your own car lines  oh and almoast forgot to say welcome to pixelation
