Pixel Art Feature Chest / Re: SpriteWork ( partial nudity )

The black outline on her right side looks so harsh to me  :-\
Hmm i'll take a shot at it later on and get back to u. Helm's edit is a good one i think, where the forms are concerned (although more chiseled compared to your softer contours) BUT i think by the bottom of the legs looks rather congested. The proportions of her left calf and shin seems off.

That looks really off to me evileye. It looks TOO exaggerated. I mean a lil exaggeration is fine.

If u stopped the legs 2/3 way down on the green part, it'll already be what u were trying to accomplish i think

umm your edit looks pretty much the same as the start, the changes you made are too subtle.

Hmm i think you could've drifted away from the reference a bit. Jellos come in different colours after all ;)
You could also be creative with the colour of the shadow with the size of this pic. It doesn't HAVE to be dark red even if the jello is red.

The arms seem to bend foreward in front of the body before going back again, which is illogical as he's putting his hands in front of his torso, in the way of the path back, AND it seems to be the only thing happening that frame; as if all the other parts of the body stopped moving just to move that arm!

Got that part about the arm being in front...that will be adjusted thanks...however that's not the only thing happening in that frame.  Did you view the frames individually? or that's just how it looks from your perspective?

Your last edit was a step in the right direction. Erase the boob lines for now.  Move in steps...focus on the general outline...for now.

Her right shoulder is a bit high.

Not liking the lineart too much
Anyway, you can eliminate the dithering, and focus more on getting the volumes down first as you have many green shades to do the job

Eliminate the blacks for the lines 'within' the body and instead try to get contrast with a dark colour -> light colour. You may want to experiment in trying ramp the greens to the purples. Dark purples are good for shadows.

Left bicep, shouldn't be like that considering the angle of his left fist, try flexing your arm at that angle to see how the muscles behave.
