hmm... For the big red transparency guy, the body is really what you need to work on. The shade is too dark compared to the head, and the eye and mouth is anomatically (sp?) incorrect. On even light parts there isn't outline in some places, which is fine, but on the upper green part of the body there is an outline where the light hits. Your image also says that the light source is directly right of the image, but in our world the light source is from the above, slightly to the left or right if it isn't noon.
on the robe of rpg character, it almost looks like you dithered for texture, since there is alot more dithering than solid dark blue, especially seen at x2. Not much to critique. Robe needss more contrast.
On the cyclops there is too many folds on robe. Its cool how you used the light source to make the chin stick out, but there isn't much highlight anywhere else. Everything needs a bit more contrast, Horns need a bit more then bit more contrast.
