hmm I made another arm movement variation over ErikT's edit. I wonder if this could also work

I wonder if the dragons mouth should be opened wider, specially it's breathing it's fire breath.

well, yeah, the majority of people in here..well, the ones that have replied..haven't got it. Various other places where the design has been posted people have got it, which, from my point of view, the design has succeeded.

It kinda resembles like an ant to me rather than a rabbit, plus it does look isometic specially with the casted shadows and how the character's feet is aligned.  And don't dismiss Pistachio's edit entirely because he corrected some issues + the new colors.  :)

I agree with Mathias, This is not working.. why? the expressions is hardly readable coupled with flat /sellout "gray" Helmets with brighter colors at the middle of the small sprite!  It's like trying to guess a ninja's emotions through his hooded face   If i would do an edit I'll most likely change the light source of the helmet and  color palette (even that would most likely not help). But alas I have some health issues at the moment.

And awesome emoticons need mouths
:) ;D :mean: >:( :hehe:  :yell: :blind:

Played it, love the smooth animation/artwork and the controls are easy to use. I got a bit frustrated at the wall bouncing in order to get that additional life bar .. but with a gamepad this would be probably get easy for me :y:

I've done some checking and this one seems to have some potentials.

Hm.. I'm curious, how is everyone? Is it me or I don't seem to see the old regulars this days  :(
Work, gigs and family eh? I guess I'm being nostalgic.

I "sometimes" think when you finally got your skills to a level that is good enough in the industry you graduate from pixelation  :(

Yeah the arms are like that deliberately. That's my stylistic approach
I'm going to be a bit harsh here.
Please don't use excuses like "It's Deliberate or it's my stylistic approach" when you have problems applying some anatomy corrections even with the exaggerated muscles. The sprite is also suffering from pillow shading.

I did some edit and you might find this a bit helpful. There are still issues, but it's more readable now

adjusted the saturation
