Quick anatomy rework:
Always exaggerate bust size. Boobs are double God.

Don't actually do this. People can, will, and frequently take great pleasure in mocking people who do this for no reason.

In my experience it is more about how the boobies are drawn than the size of it. The problem is guys who tend to draw big inflated balloons without weight rather than the actual fatty boobie  tissue. I am at work atm but I will share an excellent tutorial on the subject when the office empties out.

Heya, your pose is a little wonky. Think about the 3 dimensional constructions that make the foundation of the mannekin.

Ask someone into horoscopes and new age where they buy their incense. They are sold at holistic new age stores as "healing crystals". You can get a small amethyst or quartz for around $1 or a nice polished one for $10.

I think the best advice is really to just look at a lot of references. Maybe buy a cheap glass crystal so you can see how it physically reacts to light, they sell a lot at newage stores.
I found this when researching UI a while ago. https://www.pinterest.com/pin/548946642055007807/ There are tons and tons of chinese tutorials on how to render everything. I don't think it really teaches anything you are not doing already, but I'll let you be the judge of that.

I got a lot inspiration from Future boy conan which is directed Hayao Miyazaki.. So Its amazing that you can see my influence by mile. The world of Future boy conan is colorful which is based on  post apocalyptic world.. Its very old anime series.  I wanted create similar world. I personally dont wanna bleach that much. I made it colorful because I like bright color + yeah anime :) Im just worried that my color might be just too bright for other people with different monitor.
There's your answer. Your original colors perfectly communicates what you want to achieve. People always comment on colors when they have nothing to say because it is the most subjective element.

Yeah, if you are refering to the sprite sizes. I mean, if you don't have any sort of technical limitations. I'm going with 100x100 personally cause I've worked with someone who used that as a standard, and it's really easy to compile everything into sprite sheets if everything is in 100s, so I stole the idea of it. =]

A sprite size that is not a power of two!? Blasphemy. Hehe.
Sticking to powers of two: 16, 32, 64, 128 and so forth have been the norm for sprites since pacman, however it is dictated by the hardware.
Modern game systems are quite flexible and sprites get compiled into a spritesheets anyway so yeah, any size can be used. However the spritesheet will most likely be compiled to a power of two, so using a size like 96 (32+64) might save a lot of space compared to 100.
If you want to built it to multiple devices it is still a good idea to stick to this norm since each gpu does things a bit different.
For learning though, go crazy. Focus on the goal you want to achieve ie. the animation rather than technical accuracy.

So 1 beat in my track takes 66 frames and the current animation is 44 frames, lucky me! It syncs already. Hehe

I have a question regarding what resolution I should produce the clean-up in. I want it to look like the PC 98, which ran at 640x480, but I want it widescreen, which makes it 640x360... But do you guys think it would look better in 320x180? Accuracy is not really my aim. It is for youtube and I will add some glitch and vhs effects, it will not be used in a game. I am afraid that youtube will not capture the pixelness if I do it in full res.
