Not bad at all!

But... question... how is this pixel art?

Maybe it's just me, but it feels like the arm is way too short proportionally. It should come down a bit past the waist rather than stopping at the end of the ribcage as it does there.

With the information provided, my first thought is that you might want to look up armour from whatever time period you want to aim for and try to study the individual parts. That doesn't necessarily look like armour—more like rounded plates and cylinders of aluminium strapped to some bloke's torso. The main problems being that armour doesn't conform to the body and that there doesn't seem to be a defined light source.
The arms also appear to be different lengths? The arm holding the sword seems much shorter than the other arm that is awkwardly angled and holding the shield.

Hi, I am not sure I got it because english is not my native language.
Does your response mean he was trully from the Ragnarok developer team or not?

No, he is not on the Ragnarok Online developer team, but he also never said that he was. He is a part of a server created and hosted by other people.

Was he even really coming from the Ragnarok Online developers or there really is some miscommunication ?

Private servers have nothing to do with the official game or its developers, so if anything it was a simple misunderstanding.

I believe it's meant to be the dragon lady from Game of Thrones if I'm not mistaken.

I'm still pretty new to animation myself, so while I can't offer a lot of critique, I can say that the pacing, the framerate, makes it seem more like an eccentric walk or a jog than a run. It's very slow and deliberate. You might want to play around with removing some frames and exaggerating the poses. Maybe find a good reference to latch onto?

I agree. It gives it an entirely different vibe. The main reason I'm okay with this is because the other version also makes him look significantly older than he is. Overall, it fits who he is better so that's why I decided to go with it.

Yeah, the hands are ridiculously tiny! I think I struggled with those for three hours with no progress, so I just left them. Good shout on the belt buckle.

@pistachio: I didn't even realize that some of the things you fixed were problems until you fixed them, haha. Here is the updated version with your changes incorporated.

I altered the face a bit because it made him look a bit too cartoony for my liking.

Hey now, it's one thing to ask for critique, but it's another to just request free work without even offering anything in return, yeah?
